Chef Dillon Naicker has spent over a decade perfecting the art of fire-cooked cuisine at Zizi’s in Umtentweni, on the KZN South Coast. His philosophy is simple: source the best local ingredients, respect the produce, and let the wood-fired oven do its magic.
