We're closed on Mondays. Tuesday to Thursday we're open 11:00–21:00, Friday and Saturday 11:00 until late, and Sunday 09:00–19:00 for breakfast through dinner. Hours may change over public holidays — follow @zizissouthcoast on Instagram for updates.
Walk-ins are always welcome. For larger groups, special occasions, or function bookings, we recommend calling ahead on +27 67 599 6546 so we can make sure there's space ready for you.
Zizi's is at Umdlalo Lodge, 5 Rethman Drive, Umtentweni, on the KZN South Coast — just a 5-minute walk from Umtentweni main beach. We're easily accessible from the N2 and close to South Coast Mall and Shelly Beach.
Yes, on-site parking is available for guests of Zizi's and Umdlalo Lodge.
Yes! Zizi's is pet-friendly, especially in our garden seating areas. You might even meet Danny, our resident house dog, while you're here — he loves saving guests a seat in the garden.
Yes, we have a dedicated kids' menu, plus a kids' garden playground on-site — making Zizi's an easy, relaxed choice for families.
We cater for vegetarians, with vegetarian dishes clearly marked on our menu. If you have other dietary needs such as vegan, gluten-free, or allergies, let our team know when you arrive or call ahead and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Yes — Zizi's has three event spaces at Umdlalo Lodge: the Simba Room (up to 30 guests), the Shaka Room (up to 120 guests), and our landscaped grounds and gardens (up to 250 guests for outdoor events). Yes. Zizi's Pizza, Bar & Grill is the restaurant at Umdlalo Lodge, a 4-star boutique lodge on the KZN South Coast. Lodge guests have direct access to Zizi's for all meals and drinks, and our function bookings can include accommodation through the lodge.
